Pacific Coast Leaders to Show How They Are Delivering on Paris Agreement at COP 23 Climate Change Talks in Bonn, Germany

BONN—The U.S. West Coast governors from California, Oregon, and Washington will speak at a panel event on their regional collaboration to fully transition from a carbon-based to a vibrant clean energy economy. The discussion at the United Nations Conference of Parties (COP23) in Bonn, Germany will showcase the ways Pacific Coast states, in partnership with British Columbia, are leading the charge on fighting climate change with or without support from federal governments. Participating in the panel will be Gov. Jerry Brown of California, Gov. Kate Brown of Oregon, and Gov. Jay Inslee of Washington.
